Tupac Shakur Estate Announces Social Media Art Exhibit

The Estate of Tupac Shakur shared news via Twitter that they had a “special announcement” to make on Sunday night (Aug. 23). Fans of course jumped the gun a bit and rumors flared that a new 2Pac album was soon on the way...However, the big announcement was that the family will be holding a social media art exhibit! 

The estate will pick out 20 of the best pieces they’ve been sent and feature them on Tupac’s social media pages. 

Here's the  message they posted on social media below: 

“Tupac’s message continues to inspire people worldwide by revealing truth through fearless self-expression and encouraging others to do the same. On September 13, 2015, 20 original pieces from 20 artists will be selected to bring this first-of-its-kind exhibit to life. More to come…#2PacArt#RIP2Pac”
