In Concert JayZ Tidal

Jay-Z Tidal B-Sides Epic Concert: Part 1

With all the backlash Jay-Z has received when launching his new business venture Tidal he announced a 2-night special event, Tidal B-Sides.

Hov performed at Terminal 5  last night (5/16) in New York City for his special B-Sides show, a two-hour set where he showcased only rare, fan-favorite tracks.

Hov offered free tickets to Tidal users who created the best b-side-theme playlists, while the rest of the streaming services customers were able to watch it online.

After starting with 2000’s The Dynasty: Roc La Familia “Intro,” Jigga thrilled the audience with tracks like “Young, Gifted and Black,” “A Million & One Questions” and “Dead Presidents Pt. 1.”

He brought out Roc Nation signee Jay Electronica, Young Jeezy and surprised the crowd when he invited his estranged friend and protege Beanie Sigel on stage for a reconciliation.

Throughout the night Jay performed all the songs that his diehards know and love, except for that one, brand-new freestyle where he threw shots at YouTube and defended himself in the face of all the criticism he’s received.

In Celeb Drama Celebrity News Concert Plies Say what?

Plies Finally Speaks on Being Slammed By Fan at Concert

At a recent show in Tallahassee, Fla., rapper Plies was body slammed by a fan whom he invited up onstage and of course it was all caught on video below.

In the clip, a fan confronts Plies but gets way too close to his face. When Plies warns the concertgoer that he’s violating his personal space, the man grabs the rapper and drop-slams him into the crowd.

From there, both security guards and concertgoers pummel the fan into an oblivion.

Meanwhile, Plies returns to the stage to perform his song while the melee continues in the crowd.

I am a bit surprise at the delayed response from Plies security team aka Color Money

Check out this clip below as Plies explains what happened:

In an Instagram video, the rap fan, who clearly has a busted lip, a black eye and several cuts all over his face, explains why he stepped to Plies.

“I f— with you bruh, that n—- is one of my top five artists,” he said. “That n—- started talking that bulls—. So I dropped his ass like any real n—- would do.”
