As I waited for the delayed April's Fool joke to no avail over the weekend Justin Bieber revealed his dreadlocks. I try to refrain from using the term "dreadlocks" because "locs" are not suppose to be dreadful...however in this case I believe the term is fitting.
His debut came with a caption to his Instagram, “Why.”
As we all ponder the exact same thing...what are your thoughts?
