August Alsina Release Heartbreaking Hospital Pic

Last week I informed you that singer August Alsina passed out while on stage. 

The photo shows August A. in a hospital bed with his head swathed in bandages wearing a neck brace and oxygen mask.

 In the caption,

This is a bit graphic but i wanted to share this w/ every follower of mine. iWoke up out of a 3 day coma... &This guy @banggang_moneyteam right here never once left my side. What I'm tryna say is cherish the ones in life who cherish you & take good care of yourself. Your life can be gone in a split second'. In addition, while promoting his new album, the 22-year-old was performing at Irving Plaza as part of The Testimony tour, when he fainted and fell off the stage ironically during a performance of the song, “Numb.”

Security acted quickly, and carried him away as fans stared in horror and confusion. According to one of his fans, he mentioned earlier in the day that he haven’t had a chance to eat, which may have been the cause of him collapsing.
